(Existing Building & New Structures)

TEC - STZ will be focused on Biotechnology, Environmental Solutions, and IT (SME-IT, Digitalization) and major crops; Corns & Sugarcane based 48 bio projects, Eco Industrial Park. This initiative will encompass Technology Transfer, Foreign Direct Investment, HR Development, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, R&D, Job Creation, Import substitution. TEC - STZ is conceptualized on bottom up approach as per market demand on the basis of last 31 years’ experience of industrial consultancy. TEC aims to foster a robust ecosystem that drives Sustainable Economic Growth & Global Competitiveness!

Collaboration for STZ 1st phase

Housed at existing building starting immediately. We invite collaborations for “Industry Resource Centre” - BKIT, Knowledge Value Chain, Knowledge Shop & Eco Industrial Park related organizations to come and be part of TEC - STZ.

Collaboration for STZ 2nd phase

By expanding first phase's activities & adding Bio Pilot Projects, Incubation Centre, SME IT -One stop shop and Training Centre.

TEC-STZ at SIE Plot # 6 & 7 and Defense road have exceptional location benefits:

  • Sundar Industrial Estate has 500 Industrial Units with over 50 multinational companies representing the top 10 industrial sectors while 200 plots under development.

  • Punjab province's 20% industry is located within a 20 KM radius in particular SME (Punjab province have 65% of Pakistan's SMEs)
